The Hitty's Place Market
These featured artisans make one of a kind accessories scaled for Hitty, a doll that is about 6-1/4 to 6-1/2 tall. Most miniatures are scaled 1" to the foot, known as 1/12 scale, but Hitty is about 1/8 or 1/9 scale, so slightly larger. Some are members of IGMA, International Guild of Miniature Artisans. You can learn more about this guild at: www.igma.org/index.html. Also check out the Fine Miniatures Forum at: www.fineminiaturesforum.com. Another organizations that sponsors miniature shows is NAME, National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts. You can check their website at: www.miniatures.org for events taking place all over the world.
